We have 3 dedicated parking spaces available for when clients need to meet with you
Microwave, toaster, refrigerator, hot water kettle, coffee maker, a small George Foreman grill and a rice cooker that doubles as a soup cooker
We have a BBQ that anyone can use out front with plenty of outdoor space for seating and a folding table & paper towels for setup, etc. (better during the summer, of course!) We’ll provide the condiments and propane!
File cabinets can be rented for $35 for one drawer, $50 for two drawers, fully lockable. Dedicated members get one drawer included with membership.
All full time and dedicated coworking members get a free mailbox rental for their business address (half off for part time members) – get your mail here, too!
As expected, business class wifi with speeds pegged as high as 18 mbps (test it yourself)
We get regular pickups from USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL. Plus our pack & ship business sells stamps / postage. Use your time to walk to the park, not to run those errands.
Up to 400 print/copies per month … unlimited scan/fax … all included in the monthly membership price (200 for part time).
As you can already see (above), get listed on our website as you see fit
Dedicated members only – get a listing of your business (or just your name) on our outside signage. Since we are street level retail, the impact of this is greater

What is Coworking?
Coworking is basically an open, shared work space for entrepreneurs and professionals who are working out of their home or find themselves constantly working from cafes or coffee shops. It’s a more ‘work-friendly environment’ option for them. According to Wikipedia, “Coworking offers a solution to the problem of isolation that many freelancers experience while working at home, while at the same time letting them escape the distractions of home.”
Membership:
Vybe Communications Hub provides open desks, a conference room and meeting rooms available for monthly “membership.” A “Dedicated” desk is a desk that is always yours. No one else is ever allowed to use your desk; you could leave personal items like a plant or picture, etc. A “Shared” desk is an open desk that any “Shared” desk member can use anytime it is available. You would not personalize a “Shared” desk, nor leave anything at the desk.
